SCHWEFELFIX

Schwefelfix 800® is a liquid sulfur fertilizer made from natural elemental sulfur. A special grinding process achieves a high degree of micronization, which leads to an increased surface area of ​​the sulfur particles and thus enables an efficient effect.

Instructions for use:
Schwefelfix 800® is applied directly to the leaf mass using a field sprayer and can be combined with all crop protection measures. The recommended nozzles should have a minimum diameter of 0.3 mm and the nozzle filters should have a maximum mesh size of 50. The application rate varies between 2 and 10 liters per hectare depending on the crop, with a water application rate of 200 to 1,000 liters per hectare. The agitator should run continuously during application.

FAQ

Can I use sulphur fix as a plant protection product?

The properties of sulphur differ essentially in the degree of micronisation. Fertiliser sulphur is micronised to such an extent that it is absorbed by the plant through the leaf and thus has a fertilising effect. If sulphur is designated as a plant protection product, this property does not have to be fulfilled in the formulation. Here the focus is rather on the continuously forming gas phase of sulphur particles.

In your documentation, you must always list fertilizer sulfur on the fertilizer side. In our plant strengthening concept "SMART GROWING" we absolutely need the fertilizer effect, regardless of the soil biology. The plant must receive a sufficient supply of sulfur under all conditions to build amino acids. Therefore, with SMART GROWING we do not base our calculations on the plant's calculated sulfur requirement.

How long does Schwefelfix 800 last?

Schwefelfix 800 is formulated in such a way that it does not clump thanks to natural emulsifiers. Over time, these emulsifiers separate and the sulphur begins to contract and settle. Since these are mechanical emulsifiers, the sulphur can be stirred up again at any time using a suitable stirrer. The emulsifiers then work again and the sulphur can be used as it was on the first day.

If you do not have a stirrer, we recommend using up the sulphur within one season. Please shake the canisters well before use. If you feel that the sulphur has settled too much, we advise against using it. This will prevent your crop protection sprayer from clogging.
