Where do we ship to?

We ship our products by parcel to the following countries:

  • Germany (including islands; please note: islands have their own shipping prices)
  • Belegien, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Italy

Shipping service provider

Our shipments are sent exclusively with DPD .

  • Parcel shipping:
    Parcels are sent exclusively with DPD - delivery to packing stations is therefore not possible.
  • Pallet shipping:
    Pallet shipments are made with DHL Freight .

Shipping times

  • Germany: approx. 2 working days
  • Abroad: approx. 4 working days
  • DHL Freight: approx. 2–4 working days

Shipping costs

All prices include shipping costs. Surcharges, such as for islands, are charged separately. Further information can be found in the information image (e.g., via our support team).

Returns & Complaints

  • Returns:
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Due to our high-quality products and packaging, returns are rarely a reality.
  • Complaints:
    You can easily send us complaints by email to info@uberto . Alternatively, you can reach us by phone; incoming calls will be forwarded to a mobile service number. We process all inquiries daily to find a quick solution.

Additional Information

  • Safety data sheets:
    Safety data sheets are not required for our products, so they are not included in the package. If you still have questions about a product, we're happy to help.
  • Shipping notification:
    Our shipping notification does not contain any information about data sheets, as this is not relevant in our case.
